Returns & Refund Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or type, please email us at info@puredriveproducts.com. To get the correct glove, you’ll need to place a new order. We’ll then send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the original glove. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund for your first order, including shipping.
If you’d like a refund without a replacement, please email us at info@puredriveproducts.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and once we receive the glove, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping fees). Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase for unused gloves in their original condition and packaging.
For used or altered gloves, we unfortunately do not provide refunds.
If your glove or straps were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@puredriveproducts.com and include a picture.
